Manusia Indonesia & Parttime Website
As I browsed the net for old archives (from web.archive.org), I found what used to be one of the earliest blogroll called “Manusia Indonesia”, listed on Mas Rahard personal web at manitoba.ca. There was only 40 personal websites existed by then (around mid to late 1994). Here it goes:

Most of them were students from abroad and have access to create their own websites from their faculty, there was no geocities or any other free homepage services yet. Personal websites that physically located in Indonesia, I think, were only available from bppt, ui & itb. BPPT at the time was the first governmental organization that has 64 kbps dedicated link to the internet (via Indosat-Sprint), established on May ‘94. My website (http://exeline13.bppt.go.id) was actually hosted on my working PC (windows 3.11 with ncsa-httpd 1.3 installed) located on the 1oth floor, BPPT building.
The interesting thing is, since the PC was only turned on while I work, I made a personal remark to Mas Budi that the website will “only available 8:00 to 16:00 WIB Monday to Friday”, that was the fact, but I didn’t intended to let everyone else know about it, coz it would sound silly having a “parttime website” that has working hour. But then he did put the note on anyway… So, it went on for a year or so, until got my own website while I worked at Radnet.
